We are looking for someone with strong follow-up, a great phone demeanor and a solid understanding of the Internet Sales process. You must be able to hit the ground running and be able to work with a high volume of leads.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 years BDC experience to step up into management.

Responsibilities of an Internet/BDC Manager:

• Manage the flow of all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others
• Maintain accurate and update website, specials, current incentives, etc.

Requirements of an Internet/BDC Manager

• At least 3 year of Internet Automobile Sales/BDC experience
• Familiarity with website back end tools
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
• Familiarity with automotive financing
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• A drug-free environment
• Good driving record
